Your plan shouldn’t be rigid. It’s quite natural all your plans need not manifest as planned. The kids will be absent only when it rains or get sick. All the potential obstructions are listed ensure they are handled properly.

Soccer practice games in multiple numbers should be planned. Delete an item if there is any delay skip the item and proceed to the next item. Don’t enforce anything, just do what the kids like, you will soon realize what works with them.

Free soccer drills

It’s mandatory for every kid to warm up before any practice session. The kids should use the soccer ball apart from using regular soccer skills to warm up their body. The kids can rotate the ball between their feet’s; kick the ball back and forth using their feet.

A soccer ball is made available to each of the soccer player. Now devise several individual activities that they can perform using the ball. The players should practice shooting, dribbling and hitting the ball against the wall etc. No marking or lines should be made on the ground so that the movement of players shouldn’t be hindered.

Upon completion of individual activities in soccer coaching the players should be involved in some group activities. The drills like passing and receiving the balls are lot of fun. Make the kids play soccer grouped into team without a goalkeeper. Let them hit the goals and do not set boundaries for this game.

Also, teach them to first attack and then defend. This will give them a free hand in developing their own unique style.

During this drill groups of teams should be formed by the players. Usually, when shifting from individual to group activities, the kids take time to adjust to the concept of team play. The coach should just guide the players and no more than that.

Highlight the need to support each other in order to win matches. The drill ingrains the knowledge of playing as a group without doing much with the ball and to practice in a limited area.

Handling soccer exercise in this way is the easiest. Have an open idea to mix and add couple of free soccer drills that you think will make the kids learn soccer better.

Every night during the week our football teams practice and they have a game every Saturday. Why I allow this sport to consume me for two months during the fall sometimes amazes me, but then I really know why. My boys learned lessons playing football they could not be taught by rough housing at home or in the class room. These lessons the boys learn are lessons the boys will carry with them all their lives.

Hard Work Pays Off

Every night my boys are pushed to work hard and do their very best. Their coaches are very specific when they tell the kids that if they goof off they will not get to play. The boys learn quickly that the coaches mean business when they stick to their guns. By the end of the season it is difficult to find a child at practice who is not trying his very best. This is because they know if the coach sees them putting forth their best effort in practice, they will get more time to play in the actual game.

You Don’t Always Win, but Winning Feels Good!

Sugar coating life is not something that I do because life just doesn't work like that. Parents are setting their kids up for failure in life when they congratulate their kids for almost accomplishing something. Did you ever come close to making a really good sale but losing it and still get congratulated by your boss?

Not winning every time is a principle that my boys have learned. They definitely do not like to lose. My boys have learned to strive to win. This is one the most valuable lessons they could ever learn, in my opinion.

The Value of Teamwork

Youth Football h as taught my boys the value of team work. To make things happen, the kids understand that it takes a group of people. If my kids cannot accomplish a task on their own, they have learned to ask for help.

This is something that will help my kids in their lives now, and in the future. Many careers require them to work with other people. Teamwork is a skill that is valued highly in the work place. Working together as a team will cause your companies to become more profitable.

Be Accountable For your Actions

Many children have a hard time being accountable for their actions. They are quick to blame someone else for something that they did wrong or come up with an excuse as to why they did not do something.

Learning to be accountable for their own actions is a lessons my kids have learned. They need to own up to it if they do something that causes the team to get a penalty. Placing blame on someone else does not work.

Responsibility

Football has taught my children that they must be responsible. A requirement for them is to show up in full equipment every day for practice and games. If not they will have to suffer the consequences (i.e. jogging).e. Stretching Exercises). This is another awesome lesson that will pay huge dividends as the child matures into adulthood.

There are a lot of humans that do like viewing F1, in my personal opinion I could not think of anything more tedious than sitting there and watching car whizzing around.
