Extreme Sports and Proper Nutrition

Extreme sports have evolved a lot ever since they were first introduced in the nineties. Since the sports consume a lot of energy, the attention of sportsmen and the media are now focused on the importance of proper nutrition. Nutrition is very important in order for sportsmen to perform well. A couple of years ago, extreme sports enthusiasts relied mostly on fast-food formulas and certain energy drinks and this is because not many researchers have focused on the sport nutrition.

According to Wikipedia, “Xtreme Sports (also called action sport and adventure sport) is a media term for certain activities perceived as having a high level of inherent danger. The Challenge of Extreme Skydiving Adverntures
